Log a service request
The quickest way to raise a fault is through the Portal itself — your report goes straight to our service team with the right context (site, plant room, photos).
Business hours
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM AWST
Outside these hours, our in-app support chat is not actively monitored. For urgent water treatment issues, please call 1300 278 263.
Privacy & security questions
For privacy requests (access, correction or deletion of your personal information) or to report a security concern about the Portal, email service@aqm.au with "Privacy" or "Security" in the subject line. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how we handle your information.
